This is an item I purchased on Mercari. When I bought it, one jewel had already come off, but I didn't mind it much. I used it once at a wedding after purchasing it. It's approximately 15cm in diameter. It can be securely fastened by pinning both ends. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
