It's an old design package that is no longer seen, a stationery item with a Showa retro atmosphere. These have been stored for a long time without being used. The pencils themselves are in good condition, but the outer box has scratches and damage due to age. Originally, this product was supposed to contain 12 pencils, but this item only has 8 pencils.
