Handmade Japanese paper for calligraphy, such as "Genmyo" (4 bundles, 38 sheets) These are calligraphy papers that my mother, who ran a calligraphy class until about 25 years ago, seems to have purchased at "Ishimura Kamiten," a calligraphy supply store in Tenma, Osaka, and other places. (Photo 1) From left to right in the photos: (Photos 2-9) Handmade Japanese calligraphy paper "Genmyo (Tokusen)" 7 sheets 1.75 shaku x 7.5 shaku (53cm x 227.5cm) Of the 10 sheets, 3 were used, and the remaining 7 were stored in a bag. There are 1-2 creases and about 3 stains, but the overall condition is good, and the paper is clean. (Photos 10-14) Handmade Japanese calligraphy paper 8 sheets 1.75 shaku x 7.5 shaku (53cm x 227.5cm) The store and brand are unknown. It is a soft and beautiful paper with a light pink color and decorated with gold and silver sunago (gold or silver dust). It was stored rolled on a thick cardboard core, but the cellophane tape that was attached to the core has melted over time, and the right edges of about 4-5 sheets from the top are stained. (Photos 12, 13, 14) The rest is clean. (Photos 15-17) Cut paper from the above decorative calligraphy paper 19 sheets The vertical width is all 53cm, and the horizontal width varies from 55-75cm. They were stored in a bundle, and there are wrinkles and creases on the edges, but there are no noticeable stains, and the paper is clean, so I have listed it for sale. (Photos 18-20) Calligraphy paper 4 sheets Size: 53cm x 179cm It is a slightly stiff paper with a light blue-green color, and it was stored in a bundle.
