It has tags, but the ends have been cut off. The color is a pale lavender, like an ice blue. I bought it in winter, but I think it's an item that can be worn all seasons. I don't see any noticeable stains or dirt, but please forgive any oversights as it is a personal inspection and has been stored at home.
