I purchased this at a store, but I often used other bags, so I've only used this one for a short time, about twice. There's a pink spot on the bottom inside, but that's the only noticeable dirt. I also have the shoulder strap, but I forgot to take a picture of it ( ᵕ_ᵕ̩̩ ). I will ship both the shoulder strap and the bag, so please be assured.
