This is the Variable drafting pencil, sold by Tombow. The lead advance adjustment mechanism is working correctly. The 9th click is the minimum lead advance, and the 10th click is the maximum. The photos show the result of 10 clicks at each setting. I purchased this from this site previously. There are multiple small scratches from use. I will disinfect it before sending.
