The seller is the third owner. It was used for pre-wedding photos inside a hotel and for the ceremony only. It has three tiers and is voluminous, with ample length, making it a very glamorous veil. Upon amateur inspection, I found no tears or stains. It will be delivered in a Vera Wang cover. (Please note that there may be wrinkles due to shipping in a box.) The wrinkles will disappear nicely if you steam it the day before you use it. This veil's fluffiness and firmness are diminished with each cleaning. Since I didn't see any stains, I haven't had it cleaned. I believe you can use it as if it were brand new.
