They then began developing new pre-shrunk jeans, and after the prototype 550ZXX, the 551ZXX was completed and released in 1961. They emphasized the non-shrinking denim, Pre-Shrunk. It continued until 1966, when it was replaced by the 505, which was released in 1967. Levi's unique 686-step pre-shrinking process was applied, and the denim was named Pre-Shrunk denim. This is a reproduction denim with a slim Ivy-style silhouette, a zipper fly, and pre-shrunk processing, equipped with a Talon zipper. This is a discontinued reproduction item and is very rare.
