This is a rather old item. Showa era Jenny-chan. Her face is very cute and mature. The dress she's wearing is from that time. She has no underwear. See images 5-8. As it's old, the doll shows signs of aging. See image 8. There's a mark where a child's name was written on the sole of her foot, which has been erased. This is a doll that a small child played with, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are overly sensitive.
