This is a set-up consisting of a vest and a skirt. The vest was worn once. The skirt is brand new and unused. The tags have been removed. I am selling this because I will not be wearing it. The skirt's waist is not elastic, but has a zipper. It has a lining, but it is not a shorts-type lining. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the item being stored at home.
