This is a checkered stole. I bought it in Cambodia. Locals use it as a stole, a wrapping cloth, and a sunshade. There are some snags. It's a thin fabric, so it's useful in the summer. I think it will also be useful for sun protection in hot countries. It's a thin fabric that doesn't take up much space, making it convenient to carry around.
