This product is a very rare vintage Japanese-made instrument. It's a trombone from Nippon Gakki, the predecessor of YAMAHA. Although it's an old instrument, it is playable. Nikkan later became Yamaha, and was a pioneer in Japanese instrument manufacturing. A key difference from Yamaha and overseas instruments is that they are "light and easy to handle." This makes them particularly suitable for performance styles where children and women move around with their instruments, such as in drum and bugle corps or marching bands, but of course, they are also suitable for orchestras and wind ensembles. The model number is not listed, so it is unknown, but the serial number is "6407149". Based on the serial number "6407149", it appears to be a trombone made in the 1960s-70s. I don't think there is any rust on the body! I think it's a relatively clean instrument for its age. Please check the images for several dents. There are no problems with the sound.
