This is a set of a Pioneer high-end LD player, the LD-S1, and its original remote control. Basic operations such as LD playback, fast forward/rewind, frame-by-frame advance, and remote control operation have been confirmed. Both video and audio output are working without any problems. The pickup lens has been cleaned for this listing. Although it's a product from nearly 40 years ago, the exterior is in relatively good condition, with no noticeable scratches on the front panel. This was Pioneer's top-of-the-line model when it was released in 1986, and it was used as a reference machine in audio-related magazines of the time.
