Thank you for viewing. These cufflinks have a calm design, combining a shell with an onigiri (rice ball) shape. I believe they can still be used without issue today. They were used for formal occasions about 40 years ago, during the Showa era, and have been stored in a closet for a long time. There is no case. While there are no noticeable scratches, there is some slight rubbing and discoloration on the metal surfaces. Also, one of the arms is slightly bent (photo 5), but I don't think this will affect use. In addition, please forgive any oversights.
