This is a 6-inch practice pad from PROLOGIX. It has a medium rebound, making it very easy and enjoyable to play. There is a screw on the back that allows it to be attached to a practice pad stand. By combining it with a stand, you can practice in a position similar to actual playing while sitting in a chair. (Practicing while sitting on the floor with the pad on the floor uses your body differently than when actually playing.)
