I've used this for my two children for a total of about two years. It shows signs of use, but I think it's still usable, though this is just my personal opinion ( >_< ). Please refrain from purchasing if you are overly concerned about condition. Nipples: L (used for a few months), LL (used for a year) I will include them if you need them. Thank you.
