These are hazama enamel loafers, also known by nicknames like "mineral loafers." I bought them after trying them on and loved them, but the size has gradually become too tight, and I can no longer wear them. I used to wear them frequently, so there is considerable wear and tear. I've included photos of the areas of concern, but there may be other unnoticed areas of deterioration. However, there are no major damages like chips, and I believe the condition falls within the range of age-related wear and tear, so I've listed them as "with some scratches and dirt."
