This is a 2004 Puma Italy national team uniform. Roberto Baggio's retirement match also featured this type of uniform. There are black spots on the front of the shirt, as shown in photo 11. Also, there is damage on the back, as shown in photos 8, 9, and 10. The size is no longer visible on the label, but it's approximately a size M.
