The standard version features him wearing the Chicago Bears home jersey/navy jersey and helmet, but this item is a very rare version (Chase Variant) without a helmet. Although it is an unopened item, the package's clamshell has significant yellowing due to being almost 25 years old. There are not many dents in the clamshell. The yellowing is noticeable, but I don't think the unopened No Helmet version is often available.
