This can be used from newborns as it comes with a baby waist belt. The area where the drool prevention cover was attached was removed, and since it was Velcro, it has become fuzzy as shown in the photo. I don't think there's a problem with the function, but there is fuzzing and discoloration, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. The waist part had a cover like photo 15 attached and was stored compactly. I would like to include this as well. (Please let me know if you don't need it.)
