Originally, it was a regular shirt, but I changed the buttons from the top two to snap buttons for easy breastfeeding. Also, the waist of the pants can be adjusted with loose elastic and a drawstring, so you can wear them even in your final month of pregnancy, and you can wear them without stress during the delicate postpartum period.
