It can still be used as a windbreak for fishing, outdoor work, etc. The stains on the sleeves look like they could be removed by washing, but it will be sold as is. There is no deterioration in the sleeve Velcro or zippers. The color is a deep khaki, which I really liked. (The color in the fourth photo around the neck is the closest.) This is being sold as a junk item. No returns or refunds, please.
