I purchased this item, which was only worn once at a party, but I ended up not wearing it. I think it would be suitable for weddings, parties, recitals, and other events. The back of the waist has elastic, and when the elastic is stretched, the waist measures approximately 45cm when laid flat. It has been dry cleaned, but there is a faint black spot near the right chest and some slight soiling on the hem. It's hidden by the flare, so I don't think it's very noticeable, but please check the photos. There are no tears or frays, but if you are concerned about even slight stains, please refrain from purchasing. Please understand that there may be slight differences in color and size. Also, please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item. It will be folded small and shipped in simple packaging.
