These are pleated design gaucho pants from COMME CA ISM. The color is navy, but it also looks like sumi-black (dark gray) from a distance. The fabric feels like thin suede, and it doesn't have the typical slippery feel of nylon. It has a lining. The size is XS, and the waist width is about 30cm. There is a zipper on the side of the waist, and the waist has elastic, so it's a comfortable type.
