I bought this a few years ago, but I only turned it on to test it and never actually used it. I intended to use it, so I threw away the outer box. The cord and the main unit are in good condition. *I have not used any gel or lotion with it. When you turn it on, the tip gently warms up, and you can massage around the eyes, laugh lines, lips, and neck.
