Current Rostfrei-Riese series models have resin handles, but this knife has a wooden handle. When the left side of the blade was placed against a whetstone, there was something like an urasuki (concave grind). It is unknown whether this was a coincidence or intentionally designed. For the more technically inclined, the HRC is probably around 54-55. With this hardness, if you try to cut through bones with a flat grind, the edge will likely roll like paper, so the secondary bevel is larger. Condition/Cleaning: Cleaning has been done, focusing on areas where dirt tends to accumulate, such as gaps and the handle. Please check the photos for the condition.
