When I tried them on indoors, I thought they were a little tight, but I figured they would stretch out with wear. I wore them outside and took two or three steps from my entrance, but my wide feet still hurt, so I gave up. The dirt on the sole is from walking on the concrete at the entrance. → It cleaned up nicely after wiping. The size is M, which is 23.5cm, but they are too tight for me because I have high insteps and wide feet. If you have a similar foot type, you might be better off with a 23cm.
