I've created a simple, timeless knitting needle case using denim.
This case is for circular needles, double-pointed needles, and crochet hooks.
Circular needles come in various lengths, such as 40cm, 60cm, and 80cm, even if the needle size is the same.
It's designed like a book, with pages that you can turn.
There are 6 pages in total, including the cover.
Size:
Closed: Width 19cm x 24cm x Depth approx. 4.5cm
Open: Width 40cm x 24cm
Pages 1-4:
16 circular needle pockets
Width 8cm, Depth 12cm
Page 5:
Top: 1 zippered pocket
Width 15cm, Depth 8cm
For small items like measuring tapes and scissors.
Bottom: 6 crochet hook pockets
Width 2.5-3cm, Depth 12cm
Also fits rulers and stitch holders.
Page 6:
7 double-pointed needle pockets
Width 2cm-3cm, Depth 12cm
Holds needles up to 20cm long (4 or 5 needles).
Crochet hooks can also be stored here.
The zipper has a gusset.
Because of the thickness, you can also put a notebook inside.
The case is finished with a zipper.
A thin plastic board is inserted inside.
Please write the needle sizes on the tape with a permanent marker or ballpoint pen.
