I bought this as a souvenir almost 20 years ago. The hands and tail sway back and forth. Please understand that this item is vintage, as it has been stored for many years. Tiger Owl Bird Goldfish The tiger's arm has gone into the hole. You should be able to make it sway by taking it out of the hole with tweezers or something similar.
