This item was given to me by an acquaintance who used to run a sewing factory. It's a piece they made as a sample for clothes to be delivered to department stores, and it's of the same quality as those sold at the time. It's been about 30 years, but it hasn't been worn at all, so the fabric is still in great condition. It has been stored in a closet with a garment cover. *I am an amateur when it comes to measuring clothes, so please feel free to ask any questions if you are interested! *I am also selling several skirts and jackets made of the same velvet fabric.
