I purchased this about 18 years ago. The replacement tone bars for tuning show no signs of use, and it doesn't look like it's been used much. Some of the engravings on the tone bars are a little faint, but I don't think it's because they were struck a lot; it seems like they were originally like that. Compared to others, I remember choosing this one because the sound was overwhelmingly beautiful and the pitch was accurate. It still sounds beautiful today. Made in Germany, as expected!
