This is a toilet cover. I bought it a while ago and haven't used it in the toilet, but it has been kept indoors, so there is some fraying due to age, and the elastic in the cover is stretched out. There are no stains. Would this be suitable for someone who can fix it themselves? Also, please note that it may not fit depending on the shape of your toilet.
