This is an easy-to-wear navy down jacket. The neck and arm areas have warm ribbing that effectively blocks out wind and cold. It's a good quality item, and since it wasn't used for everyday wear, the condition is not bad. The zipper opens and closes without any problems, but there are a few scratches on the metal parts, so I've marked it as "slightly damaged or with some dirt." It's labeled for a 4-year-old, but I feel it's a bit larger than a size 110. Please dress your energetic child in this to keep them warm!
