I purchased a used Apple Pencil (2nd generation). I realized later that I had mistaken it for the Pro model. I have not used it at all since purchasing it used. I cannot confirm its functionality as it is not compatible with my iPad, but the used goods store said it was in very good condition. Please purchase only if you understand that it is a used item.
