I bought this on Rakuten for around 15,000 yen. I've moved around with the monitor, so it has some scratches, but the camera and sound work fine. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Regarding the monitor adapter, I no longer have it, so I've marked it with an ✖️ in the manual. It uses the same type of power adapter as an iPhone, so you can use that without any problems. It will be shipped in bubble wrap and a waterproof bag.
