This is a men's Lockertops T-shirt I bought a few years ago at a vintage clothing store in Kichijoji. The fabric is thin and smooth, making it comfortable to wear even in the hot summer. It doesn't wrinkle when washed and is a material that doesn't easily attract dust (there is no tag, but I think the material is probably polyester).
