This item comes with a detachable ribbon and two chains of different lengths. It's sized to fit Ensemble Stars prize plushies. I've only put it on a plushie and taken it out a few times. There are creases from where the ribbon was tied around the neck. The chains have only been opened to look at and have not been used. There are no other noticeable stains, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. Color: Bear Ear Pink
