This is the second compilation from the Far East label, released in 1993, but since it's almost entirely music by Soichi Terada, it's essentially an album! It features piano riffs, hand-played synths, unique melody lines, and bouncy, early-impulse beats characteristic of 90's HOUSE. Highlights include (1), which samples Japanese drums, shamisen, and the Heart Sutra; (2), a mellow slow number familiar from live performances; (3), with its light and rhythmic keyboard; and (4), which samples female vocals in the style of NYC 90'S HOUSE. Six of the 11 tracks are not included on the album from RUSH HOUR, and the original analog records are rare and sell for high prices!
