This is a striped balloon dress (with a ribbon) from BeBe. The size is 110cm. There is no name written on it. The sweatshirt part is beige and black stripes, and the skirt part is black, with a balloon shape, making it very cute. The hem is fluffy, and I felt it was a little short, so I used to wear it with leggings or tights. I liked it, so there is some wear and tear, but there appear to be no noticeable stains. Please consider this if you understand that it is a used item.
