I purchased this item in excellent used condition around last winter. It has had almost no scratches since I bought it. There are no problems with the sound quality, noise canceling, or battery life during normal use. The cushions on the head and ear parts are also in very clean condition. The box and instruction manual are not included. The accessories are as shown in the photos. I've only used it a handful of times, so I've decided to sell it.
