Price not negotiable. It's a very pretty light pink, and my daughter fell in love with it and bought it. The buttons are heart-shaped, and it's very cute with rose lace. Due to the nature of the fabric, it seems to have snagged easily, and there are a few snags after wearing it once or twice. I don't think they're noticeable from a distance. The skirt has a zipper on the side, but it's adjustable with elastic. It will be shipped in a recycled cardboard box.
