I looked it up, and it's from a McDonald's Happy Meal in 1999. It's a set of a Ham figure and two orange cones. The Ham piggy bank makes a sound when you press the button on its stomach. Also, you can put the cones on Ham and lift it up while pressing the button on the side of the cone, and the Ham inside the cone will also be lifted. Ham has stains that look like blue ink. The cones show some scratches and signs of use, but there are no noticeable major damages.
