This is a fabulous Cecil McBee dress. The shoulders and upper arms have ruffles, making your upper arms look slimmer. Size is 38. There is a lining from the waist down (see photo 3). Measurements are approximate, taken flat: Length is about 82cm. The brand name is Fabulous Cecil McBee, but it is now Fabulous Angela. I have worn it a few times and kept it at home.
