The fabric is used generously, and the way it naturally flares out is very cute. I only tried it on. The previous seller used it several times. I don't see any stains, but there is some fuzzing due to the nature of the material, so I've marked it as "Slightly damaged or with stains." Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned.
