I bought it at a used clothing store for around 8000 yen and have worn it a few times. I don't know the exact age. The sleeves are leather. I think the default is to fold the sleeve cuffs once. The size is listed as 160. I am 168cm tall and could wear it with a sweatshirt underneath.
