This is a Sarasa pattern bag containing a brush-tip sign pen. I believe it's from around the Showa to early Heisei era. It's unused, but the white box it came in has stains. The bag itself has no noticeable stains. The pen is able to write. The bag has a nice feel, so I think it would be stylish to carry it in your bag and use it while traveling.
