This is a flare skirt from Reflect. I used it for a while, but haven't worn it in the last few years and it's been stored at home. It's made of acrylic, so it's warm for winter. It shows signs of wear and has some pilling. (I will remove the pilling as much as possible) Please consider purchasing if you understand. It's difficult to see in the photos, but the pattern is a black base with khaki stripes. It's a cute, flared skirt with a waist of about 5.5cm.
