Rare 60's EVIS (60’) early [wide] jeans, original. Slightly faded blue. Almost no batch. Inner tag missing, details unknown, red tab on one side only. Bought around 1970. Levi's 501 model. Red tab says EVIS. Cuffs have folded-over stitching. Top button is stamped with STYLECRAFT & CO DELUXE. Small English letters (S.C. &.C &O-R.T- ) are stamped on the copper rivets of the waist and pockets. Good fading from thigh to knee. Hem is uncut, original. Thigh width = approx. 31cm (measured about 10cm below the inseam). Flat waist measurement at the back: Waist = 40.5 x 2 = 81cm Rise = approx. 29cm Inseam = approx. 75cm (center of hem) Hem width = approx. 22.5cm Back pockets are stencil painted (no Arcuate). Selvedge red ear, crotch rivet, red tab (no L, just EVIS), similar to Levi's. Back waist cinch has been cut off, orange thread on the back side stitching. Copper rivets. Black pocket bar tacks. Chain stitch on the inside hem. No icon stitch on back pockets. Offset center loop and other diagonal stitching. Hidden rivets. Copper rivets on the lower front. Fading and whiskers present. Overall, a wider fit. In good condition for its age, with no major holes or damage, and the color is still rich. No smoking, no pets. Color...Blue
