This is a black komon kimono. It likely has a chrysanthemum flower pattern. The first photo is the closest to the actual color. I purchased it from a recycled kimono shop. I was told the material is silk. It has the basting stitches still in place, and there are no stains on the lining or hakkei (underskirt). There is a white stain on the left front hem (see the circled area in the image).
