Thank you for viewing. This is a battery-operated fan purchased at Disneyland. The propeller spins while the LED light is on. It's beautiful at night! The propeller part is made of vinyl. Currently, it has been tested and is in good working condition. Uses 3 AA batteries. The propeller blades have a hazy white appearance, but it's unclear if this is from the beginning. There are scratches on the yellow part of the base. For safety, the batteries will be removed before shipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about storage at home.
